Lähetämme omasta varastosta tuotteet heti tilauspäivänä lukuunottamatta pyhäpäiviä. Mikäli tuote tulee toimittajan varastosta, on toimitusaika noin 7-14 vrk. Postikulut Suomessa 8 euroa.
Voit myös noutaa tuotteen veloituksetta Showroomiltamme. Tilaus on noudettavissa normaalisti heti samana päivänä lukuunottamatta toimittajan varastosta tulevia tuotteita, joiden noutoaika on normaalisti noin 4-5 päivää tilauksesta. Noutopaikka on Albertinkuja 20, 90100 Oulu.
Voit palauttaa tilaamasi tuotteen 14 päivän sisällä tuotteen vastaanottamisesta. Veloitamme palautuksesta 8 euroa. Voit myös tuoda tuotteen maksutta myymälään. Mikäli vaihdat toiseen tuotteeseen tai lahjakorttiin, emme veloita palautusmaksua.
Palautusoikeus ei koske second hand tuotteita, alusvaatteita tai lahjakortteja.

About wool: Wool has manifold benefits: it's extremely durable and has heat-regulating and self-cleaning properties. We use post- and pre-consumer waste to make our wool jackets. Since the textile waste used for recycled wool often consists of a mix of fibers, the wool we use is thus recycled wool mixed with other fibers. However, all the synthetic fibers mixed with the wool are also pre- or post-consumer recycled fibers.
